Facility Hours
We are open to the public every day except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Our doors are locked on those major holidays, but the pets still get several hours of supervised play time. We do have limited hours on New Years Day – please call for details.
- Monday-Friday 7 am to 6 pm
- Saturday 8 am to 5 pm
- Sunday 8- 9 am, and 11 am to 5 pm (may change seasonally)
**We do accommodate the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge daily schedule with advance reservations**
Day Care Rates
- Half Day (up to 5 hours) $25
- Full day (up to 9 hours) $35
- (10% discount for minimum 2 dogs in same family)
- Extended day for train passengers $45 (Please call for availability, and specific drop off times and procedures. See our FAQ page for more details. April thru October only)
- 10 Half-Day Punch Pass $225
- 10 Full-Day Punch Pass $315
- (5% discount for second or additional dog in same family when buying multiple passes)
- Unlimited Monthly Half-Day Pass $385
- Unlimited Monthly Full-Day Pass $539
- (unlimited prices are per dog and passes expire 30 days after purchase)

Pet Boarding
Our prices are “all inclusive”. Healthy Hounds and Fat Cats believes that all pets deserve the same high standard of care. We do not charge extra for medications, treats, or snuggles. Overnight guests rest on comfy cots and soft pads at night. You are welcome to bring your own bedding (with some size limitations). Our guests dine on high quality single identified protein and rice kibble, or we are happy to serve any appropriate meal you provide. Healthy Hounds & Fat Cats also performs a late evening potty break and wellness check for all or our valued canine guests.
**HHFC Reserves the right to kennel family pets separately for safety reasons. Extra charges may apply. **
Dog Overnight Boarding Rates (daycare playtime is included)
- Per Night. All pets must check in by 3 pm. Check out by 1 pm $40-48
- Additional dog sharing same kennel. $30 (maximum three family dogs per kennel, limited availability)
- Dogs staying after 1pm will be charged $25 for half day of daycare.
- Dogs staying 6 or more consecutive nights receive a complimentary bath and nail trim before going home. Dogs staying 8 or more consecutive nights also receive a 10% discount on their stay.
Cat Overnight Rates
- Per night $28
- Additional cat sharing same condo $20 (limit two cats per condo)
- Cats staying with us 8 or more consecutive nights receive a 10% discount on their stay.
