Hello there! We would love to hear from you and will get back to you as soon as we can. We spend a lot of time playing with our furry friends (and cleaning up after them), so we might not be able to reply to you right away. In the meantime, please check out our FAQ page- That might answer some of your questions.
If you have a time-sensitive question, or want to make a reservation for the next few days, please call us at 970-375-9700. We try to return calls throughout the day, or will call you back by the end of the day. Our busiest times are from 7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m. so we are often unable to answer the phone during these times. Please leave a message instead of redialing immediately.
When emailing us to request a reservation please include specific dates you are interested in. If you are riding the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, we also need to know what time it leaves the Durango station (not the boarding time), and if you are doing the Skyway Tour (bus/train combo).
